Letters to Strangers
a salute to those who leave a mark
Dear Daniel Coyle,
Thanks for inspiring me to think about success in a new way.
You told The Happiness Project’s Gretchen Rubin that success looks like a talent contest, but it’s a story contest.
You say story is the strongest drug ever invented: “When you shift into a new narrative, you are opening up an entirely new set of possibilities and pathways.”
It can be gradual, too, as someone else noted: “Free choice creates a constant and continuously changing track in front of you.”
That’s quite the one-two punch of “Let’s Not Decide the Best Part of Life Is Behind Us,” isn’t it?
xoxo
